About Tana

Tana Suarez began her dance training at a young age and was immensely inspired by her first teacher, Miss Nicole Donlan, whose guidance and passion for dance helped shape Tana’s love for the art from the very beginning. Tana went on to spend 10 years studying at Reflections Dance Studio, where she built a strong foundation in technique, performance, and artistic expression. She continued her dance education for an additional five years, training at renowned facilities including Broadway Dance Center and other respected studios, further expanding her versatility and experience across multiple dance styles.
Her passion for dance has remained a lifelong pursuit and continues to shape her work today. Tana now shares her knowledge and love of dance by training and mentoring her daughter, fostering the discipline, dedication, and artistry essential to success in the performing arts.
Throughout her daughter’s years of dancing, Tana has been a constant source of support, guidance, and dedication, providing her with personal, quality training while helping her develop both technically and artistically. Through this commitment and years of hard work, her daughter earned a place at just 11 years old on the Brooklyn Nets Kids team, becoming a professional dancer for the NBA. She continues to be a member of the team today and is entering her 4th season with the Brooklyn Nets Kids.
Through her guidance and support, her daughter also earned acceptance to the prestigious Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts, further continuing her journey in the performing arts.
Dedicated to nurturing talent and encouraging artistic growth, Tana continues to inspire the next generation through her commitment to excellence, perseverance, and the transformative power of dance.
